Reorder pages, rotate individual pages, remove unwanted pages and export a clean PDF from your browser.
Page order
Drag pages into a new position or use the move controls on each page.
How to organize a PDF
Upload one PDF to open the page workspace. Each page appears as a thumbnail so you can see the document structure before exporting the finished file.
- Reorder pages: Drag a page to a new position or use the move controls.
- Rotate pages: Rotate an individual page or select several pages and rotate them together.
- Remove pages: Delete unwanted pages without permanently removing them from the workspace.
- Restore pages: Bring removed pages back before exporting.
- Export: Choose an output filename and create the reorganized PDF.
What happens when pages are reorganized?
The organizer keeps the original PDF in memory while you make changes. Page order, rotation and removal status are tracked separately from the source file. The final PDF is then created from the pages you chose to keep.
The page thumbnails are rendered for visual editing. The export process does not convert the retained pages into screenshots, so normal PDF text and vector content are not intentionally flattened into images.

Frequently asked questions
Can I reorder PDF pages?
Yes. Upload a PDF and drag its thumbnails into the order you want. Move left and move right controls are also available for more precise positioning, especially on mobile devices.
Can I delete unwanted PDF pages?
Yes. Select one or more pages and choose Delete selected. Deleted pages stay in the workspace until export, so you can restore them if you change your mind.
Can I rotate several pages at once?
Yes. Select the pages you want to change and use Rotate selected left or Rotate selected right. You can also rotate individual pages from their page controls.
Can I restore a page after deleting it?
Yes. Deleted pages are marked as removed instead of being immediately discarded. Use Restore removed to bring all removed pages back before exporting.
Does organizing a PDF reduce its quality?
The organizer does not rebuild retained pages from thumbnail images. Page content is copied into the exported PDF, so normal text and vector content are not intentionally converted into raster images.
Does the PDF upload to a server?
No. The page uses browser-side JavaScript to read, display and process the selected PDF. Your document is not uploaded to a ComfortSkillz processing server.
Will bookmarks, forms and interactive PDF features always be preserved?
Not necessarily. The organizer focuses on page-level operations such as ordering, rotation and removal. Some document-level structures and interactive features might require specialized PDF editing software after export.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
Password-protected or encrypted PDFs might not load if the browser library cannot access the document contents. If the file requires a password, unlock it with software that supports the document before using this organizer.
