Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?
The tool processes the PDF in your browser. Your PDF is not sent to a ComfortSkillz server for signing.
Does this create a legally verifiable digital signature?
No. This tool places a visual signature on PDF pages. It does not create a certificate-based cryptographic digital signature.
